The Crux is now hiring for the following fall and winter positions:
School Group Instructor
We are looking for day-time school group instuctors to teach climbing and bouldering. The school group instructor will be responsible for teaching lessons, coordinating with teachers, and ensuring safety standards. Candidates must have standard first aid. (ACMG certification an asset).

Evening Staff
The Crux is always looking for evening staff to work at the gym. Candidates will be responsible for customer relationship, cash out, cleaning, lessons, and event bookings. This job is an opportunity to gather climbing experience and learn the industry.
